The role will be responsible developing programs and policies relating to the Corporate Social Responsibility mandate of the company.

Develop social responsibility strategies and initiatives;Ensure company’s CSR policies meet legal and are aligned to commercial needs;Create, monitor and control CSR budget;Manage implementation and continuance of Vena Energy CSR programs;Ensure CSR programs are aligned with the mandate of the Group Sustainability Committee of Vena Energy;evaluate CSR initiatives against industry standards by analyzing results and developing action plans for opportunity areas;Create communication materials of CSR initiatives to all internal and external audiences while ensuring overall messaging consistency;Identify and cultivate partnerships with local government units, employees and other groups in executing CSR activities;Plan and promote events to engage employees and raise awareness of CSR programs; andPerform all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Business, Communications, or any relevant four-year courseAt least five (5) years experience inExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrentlyPassion for corporate social responsibility and sustainabilityStrong understanding of the corporate social responsibility functionStrong communication & presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to work independentlyStrong writing and research skillsAbility to interact thoughtfully and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of seniority levels
