Assists/supports the PMO - IT and Tools Head in providing project related IT services Provides support in the management of Project Management Tools, Project Site Database and Web portalsProvide End-User support/assistance of all PM tools, site database and web portals to ensure smooth operations and its availability on any given time.Conducts End-User training, prepares/updates and maintain training manuals/handoutsSupport business user requirements, data gathering and data analysisSupports project process cascadeIn-charge of developing and configuring new systems requirements, reports and enhancement of existing application programsProvide desktop and network infrastructure and support
