The HR Assistant is responsible in processing employee relations and services, end-to-end implementation of talent acquisition, and assistance in talent engagement programs.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND SERVICES
· Coordinate, implement and ensure compliance of employee benefits
· Facilitate processing of employee statutory requirements and benefits as needed
· Assist in the implementation of the Company’s Code of Discipline in accordance with its policies and procedures
· Review, prepare and monitor timekeeping records on a semi-monthly basis for payroll purposes
· Maintain historical employee records by implementing and keeping a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records
· Consolidate and monitor employee demographics and reports on a regular basis
· Consolidate and monitor employee reports on a regular basis
· Take part in the review and evaluation of company policies, systems and practice
· Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs, and laws
TALENT ACQUISITION
· Implement, monitor and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures and maintain the organization’s plantilla across specified positions
· Ensure and facilitate complete candidate documentation of pre-employment requirements across all levels
· Ensure availability of New Employee Checklist items prior onboarding
TALENT ENGAGEMENT
· Assist in the implementation of company events
· Assist in the implementation of employee recognition programs
