Key Responsibilities
Robotic Process Automation
•Participate in code/solution reviews, meetings or workshops to understand the requirements and to develop automation solutions.
•Analyse business processes and requirements to create bots with the highest positive impact.
•Maintain RPA development pipeline for approval of Associate Director – Accounting Systems.
•Create and maintain technical design documentation to support development of automation solutions for key business processes.
•Develop and test RPA solutions using UiPath.
•Problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, reporting and repairing defects to maximise uptime.
•Training colleagues in the development of RPA solutions.PA)
SuperGuardian Platform
•Act as internal support for minor bugs, updates and feature improvements for the platform.
•Design and develop minor solutions in a test environment.
•Provide quality assurance and testing.
•Connect different app through API if applicable
Pre-requisite Knowledge/Experience
•Minimum 2-3 years experience as an RPA Developer.
•Advanced RPA Developer Certification in UiPath is required.
•Subject Matter Expert in the usage and functionality of the RPA software (UiPath).
•Minimum experience of 2-3 years in .Net, or VB/VBA, and PowerShell is a strong plus.
•Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript (or any scripting language) and dealing with SQL databases are a plus.
•Excellent, proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
•Should have excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English.
•Should be able to explain the technical aspects to the business people and relevant stakeholders.
•Quick to learn and understand business processes to be automated.
•Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is a plus.
•Should be good at maintaining documentation, code migration between environments and bug fixing.
•Good knowledge in integration through APIs - knowledgeable in XML and XSD, good understanding of REST API.
•Experience in agile methodology and good understanding of SDLC.
