Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Media Buy Manager on creating campaign strategies relevant to product and positioningClosely coordinate with the internal team and external partnersMonitor campaign performance daily, with particular focus on Facebook Awareness campaignsEnsure: smooth implementation, results and costs are matching with plannedObserve competitor initiatives and able to react quickly to create competitor defense strategiesWill be tasked to collate campaign results to convert into reports for the Manager’s interpretation and insights Tasked with general updates of results tracker and follow-ups of billings, while Media Buy Manager will be focused on expense trackers, media plan timelines and creation of payment vouchers

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in media buying, whether digital or offline; preference in graduates of a Marketing programFamiliarity with Facebook and Google dashboardOffline buying basic knowledge is a plusKnowledge on CPAS campaigns is a plusProficiency in office software: MS Word, Excel and PowerpointAble to work in a fast-paced industryCan work independently and require minimal micromanagingGood verbal communication skills and able to articulate thoughts well
