Collaborates directly with Marketing and Platforms teams in creating co
nsistency of imagery (photography and videography) from project co
nception through to the final customer-facing uploaded imagery for The CollectiveCreate assets for assigned tasks, which include, but are not limited to, web and mobile interfaces, infographics, logos, ad assets, social media content, campaign assets, presentations, other online/offline collaterals, and assets for the co-founders’ social platforms.Coordinate resources with other departments to create a cohesive, effective campaign.Create shot lists that establish proper quality expectations for all stakeholders upfront and ensure an efficient and cost-effective workflowCo
nduct research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.Take work to final execution within deadlines.Stay on top of all trends and follow best practices which include versio
ning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and creative-thinking skillsA photography or videography degree is preferred, but not required
