Job Summary:
The Web Development Team Lead is responsible for leading the Digital Design Services Team throughout the project life cycle, to support the design, development and implementation of websites and other web products. Oversees the production process and act as liaison between web designers and managers. Performs mentoring and monitoring of all Service Level Agreements (SLA). He/She is responsible for daily administrative tasks such as creating reports, validating attendance, handling client communications, and behavioral monitoring.

1. Creative Production
Analyses and e
valuates the client requests; ensures a thorough understanding of work instructions and interpretation of client’s business needs, job orders, production briefs, and clarification of design issues and co
ncerns prior to starting work.Checks and reviews the Web Designers’ work; ensuring compliance of all completed websites/web products to industry standards and client requirements.
2. Technical Production
Co
nducts due diligence on compatibility of files (and formats required) ba
sed on client and industry standards; ensures that file sizes are in compliance with established requirements.Collects, understands, and transmits the business requirements for the project, and translates these into functio
nal specifications and detailed test plans.Trains and co
nducts regular technical debrief sessions with the team members, most especially with the new hires.
3. Team and Operations Management
Ensures the on-time delivery of assigned tasks and projects to the team.Sets priorities for the team to ensure order completion, and coordinates work activities with other Team Leads.Addresses client complaints by identifying immediate barriers to meeting their needs and resolves issues individually or in collaboration with the team.Engages the team to improve overall team dynamics and interperso
nal working relationships.Sets performance objectives; co
nducts performance reviews; and recommends pay actions. Respo
nsible for maintaining or improving the quality output of team members by providing regular feedback on team members’ quality, productivity or behavior. Mentoring, teaching, and motivating team members.Takes on the role of a technical adviser or resource; assists with training or trouble-shooting as necessary. Oversees the enforcement and implementation of company policies within his/her own team.Inputs data and tracks orders using client and company proprietary software (e.g. AIMS, Jira, DMS, IDEA, etc.) and non-proprietary programs (e.g. Google Docs, Excel, etc.).docu

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of any related course; open for two-year course graduateWith 3 years of team lead experienceAdvance technical knowledge in web development and with background in web designWorking knowledge on Adobe Photoshop for web design, and HTML, CSS, and Javas
