nduct on-line examinations for non-managerial candidates and provide special assessment tests for managerial and up positions.Do background investigation / reference checking.Arrange job offer schedule of candidate with Corporate HROD Manager and CSD Director.Coordinate with Plant HRs for the completion of all pre-employment requirements of new hires.Ensure completion of productivity tools in coordination with Plant HRs.Maintain and updat

CORPORATE RECRUITMENT ROLES
Review and revisit recruitment forms, examination materials, and standard operating procedures.Initiate and cascade new HR recruitment initiatives and programs. Meet and attend to all hiring co
ncerns and inquiries from recruiters of each plant.Respo
nsible for the enhancement of the employer brand/value proposition (Uratex Careers).Assist Corporate HROD in the execution of corporate programs (P&P and other activities relevant to recruitment function).Participate and represent the company in some recruitment events (Job Fairs, Career Fair, etc.).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources ManagementWith at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection.Has strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem identification and resolution skillsAbility to interact and work with all levels of employeesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksCustomer-focused and collaborative. Key to this role is the ability to listen, prioritize, and deliver accurate and speedy results.
