Senior Systems Engineer - IT Services

Key Responsibilities:

·        Be the first point of contact of IT services support, handle 1st level incident/s and service requests

·        Technically sound with hands on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure components (Desktops, L1 Switches, Internet, etc.)

·        Exposure to Windows 10 OS, Servers, Voice (Avaya), Recording (Verint), configuration of switches, and creation / reading network diagrams

Key Requirements:

·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

·        Preferably 3 years of experience specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

·        Knowledge /certification in windows server administration (with roles of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, SCCM)

·        Basic knowledge in desktop support and troubleshooting.

·        Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Alabang on a shifting schedule
