DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains and troubleshoots all company hardware including but not limited to computers, laptops, network devices, servers, security devices, and mobile phones. Maintenance includes the following:

Repair and troubleshootingInstallation (Software and Hardware)documentation

• Submits reports and recommendations about any IT-related concerns

• Provides daily technical assistance

• Monitors status of existing software and hardware installed within the company

• Ability to communicate and provide suggestions on improving the company’s IT infrastructures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related coursesMust have at least 2 years of experience in technical support, computer networking, computer hardware repair and troubleshootingProficient in troubleshooting windows-based systemsProficient in office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPointFamiliar on cloud-based services and video conferencing appsKnowledge on programming languages such as SQL, C++, among others is a plus
