DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains and troubleshoots all company hardware including but not limited to computers, laptops, network devices, servers, security devices, and mobile phones. Maintenance includes the following:
Repair and troubleshootingInstallation (Software and Hardware)docu
mentation
• Submits reports and recommendations about any IT-related concerns
• Provides daily technical assistance
• Monitors status of existing software and hardware installed within the company
