What will you do?

As a Software Support Specialist, you will

Provide 24 x 7 (Including Public Holiday) Frontline Support to Global CustomersAnalyze software problems reported by customers and provide solutions if possibleIdentify and reproducible software bugs and submit bug fix requests to our Product Development TeamProvide email, live chat, phone, and on-site support to customersDeliver high-quality service to maintain customer relationshipPerform Remote sessions for troubleshooting and log collection

 We are looking for someone who has :

3 years or above experience in Application Support for Software Vendor / System Integrator / Data Centre is preferredExperience in Customer Support is an advantageDegree or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplinesKnowledge of Internet and networking technologies, Microsoft Windows, and business applications such as Microsoft - Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Hyper-V, and VMWare. As well as Cloud-based Storage and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, etcKnowledge of Linux, Unix, and macOS is an advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailWilling to take a hands-on approach in testing and learning our software productsFlexible and hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyGood command of both spoken and written EnglishCandidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Software Support SpecialistWilling to Travel

Background To capture the increasing demand for convenient and reliable backup service to replace traditional backup methods, Ahsay Systems Corporation (previously named as Leb Shama) was established in 1999 with the vision of developing a world-class Internet-based online offsite remote backup solution. We aimed to provide a low-cost, automated and reliable backup solution to the business communities. The proposal of providing Ahsay Backup Service was first drafted in September of 2000. The service was launched four months later. This marked the first official release of the Ahsay Backup Software. With constant introduction of relevant backup features, the online backup service was becoming very successful. It is a brand new channel that allows horse racing tipsters to share their knowledge and views with other horse racing fans.
