OB DEscriptION:

• Manipulates and edits film pieces and turns them into seamless outputs for better visualization for the audience

• Understands briefings and can grasp company needs and specifications

• Trims footage segments and puts together the sequence of the film when needed

• Inputs music, dialogues, graphics, and effects

• Creates rough and final cuts

• Ensures logical sequencing and a smooth running footage

• Continuously discovers and implements new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledgeable in iMovie, Finalcut Pro / Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor

• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages

• Provable video editing ability with a strong portfolio

• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity

• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing

• Has a creative mind and storytelling skills

• Can show a portfolio of previous, latest, and best work
