Job Summary:
A pivotal role that will support the business in a multi-faceted manner by being a brand ambassador in various communities – internally and externally, online and onsite. At one point, you will be responsible for monitoring, moderating and analysing user-generated content on multiple Gamer Network websites (Eurogamer, Rock Paper Shotgun, VG247, USGamer), and you will play an important role in maintaining our websites and respective comments areas as safe spaces for our readers and staff. On the other hand, you will work closely with Marketing Managers for partnership marketing, catalogue production and the coordination of tasks for various events.

Community Support

e comments, or ban or warn users who use language which is not in line with out community guidelines.Team Communication - maintain co

e necessary. Website & Sector Knowledge – gain a thorough understanding of the gaming sector and Gamer Network websites, and the logistics of moderation systems for each websiteWeekly reports - Collate and share feedback and insights gained from moderation and curation.
Event Marketing
Support the project management of Partner/Media buyer agreements outlined by the marketing manager in the planning process. Working with the marketing teams (co
ntent and community, Demand and campaign teams) to ensure all content, digital and print deliverables are delivered on timeCo-ordinate the allocation of on-site marketing tasks with Marketing Managers to ensure that we have the right level of support from the marketing community. Support the Marketing Manager in on-site event tasks including liaison with venues, managing photography / videography, guest managementManage the production of show cataloguesAdmin/Coordination of tasks around Awards/Special Events for example collating nominations, ordering awards, welcome packs, invites
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field3+ years of experience in Marketing and Community ManagementPassion and experience in gaming and events preferredExperience in a B2B, Internatio
nal and/or multi-region company is a plus
