Respo
nsible for highly proactive time, travel, calendar management including effective prioritization and resolution of related co
nflicts and competing demands.Organizes the meeting agenda, participates in, and prepares minutes of the meeting for the CMO, including the Fortnightly Marketing Leadership Meeting.Ensures quality assurance of all docu
ments (high level contracts) requiring the CMO’s signature.Synthesize and drafts presentations on a range of topics on behalf of the CMO utilizing all relevant software.Establishes and maintains relatio
nship with executive assistants of all ExCom members + Group Office Executives.Independently respo
nds to diverse inquiries and makes decisions when multiple courses of action are possible. Keep relevant parties informed of actions taken by the CMO by providing pertinent information.
