In charge for the record keeping and after sales management of products delivered to clients.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Create, maintain and monitor database of all products delivered that may require maintenance and/or consumable replacement.Accepts calls or emails for service requestsAssist clients in the management of their service requests Assist clients in their warranty and/or service claimsprompt Sales and/or clients for replacement of expired parts or condition assessmentSends out emails and/or messages to clients to offer services or promote new productsOther tasks that may be assigned from time to time that are related to after-sales and logistics activities of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in Management or any business-related courseExperience in Customer Service is an advantage Proficient in MS ApplicationsGood oral and written communication skillsCan work with minimal supervision
