Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the team leader and is responsible for building digital advertising proposals/media plans, providing support to our clients and our production teams including setting up, administering campaigns, handling new advertisers and new technologies, and creating reports, as well as troubleshooting issues.
This position shall also manage all order entry tickets via Zendesk and/or email, and make sure everything all campaign requirements are complete before setting up campaigns internally. Also functions as a mentor to junior members while helping the team lead in the monitoring of all Service Level Agreements (SLA) and team quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ad Trafficking & Optimization
Set up and review campaign creative in accordance with client standards/service level agreement against the acceptable formats in Basis/CDSP, Simpli.fi, DFP, and FBBM.Manage a high volume of digital campaigns and ensure accuracy and fulfillment of display, mobile, video, and social media campaigns in a very timely manner.Optimize and talk through metrics such as CTR, Impressions Won, etc., and give recommendations to make sure KPIs are metPrepare weekly and mo
nthly report analyses for the client.Manage and Optimize campaigns using Basis/CDSP, Simplifi, and FBBM.Report order volume and status on a daily/weekly basis to Team Leads.Ensure all tactics are properly mapped and unmapped to the campaign dashboard.
Live Campaign-Related Tickets
Manage client concerns, inquiries, escalations, and requests that will come in through the email/Zendesk systemGuide or demo IDEA Titan (or TapClicks) to sales reps to ensure they follow and understand the workflow.Create new Zendesk tickets to initiate proactive communication to clients/sales reps.Informs the client a
bout the status of the campaign whether it’s live/canceled/paused or scheduled together with the specifics of the campaign that the client needs to know.
Media Planning
Ensure the completeness of details prior to submitting the proposal which includes targeting criteria and special instructions.Ensure that RFP and campaign build outputs comply with DSPs, FBBM, and Google policies, and best practices.Generate feasible estimates for a certain campaign depending on the client’s specifications such as budget, flight dates, goal, etc.e
valuate post-campaign metrics, history, and optimization log, and recommend budget, tactics, etc for the renewal campaign.
Job Specifications:
