SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Receptionist is responsible for providing assistance to visitors, unit owners, guests and customers by responding to their queries and concerns.
FUNCTIONS:
Sees to it that the lobby/office premises are checked properly at the start of the day’s work;Ensures that residents’ and guest’s requests are acted upon immediately;Handles residents and guest items, mails, parcels and packages according to prescribed procedure;Mo
nitors all visitors for the day and their arrival and departure time;Ensures smooth and effective flow of operation at the lobby throughout the day;Takes down and receives messages for residents and arriving guest and sees to it that they are relayed accordingly;Provides accurate information regarding the Co
ndominium services and facilities;Provides co
ncierge services to unit owners, tenants and guests.Performs related duties and respo
nsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management, Marketing or equivalent;With at least 1 year relevant work experience as Receptio
nist or in Customer Service field.Flexible and fast in picking up instructions;Perso
nable with excellent oral and written communication skills;Computer proficientWilling to work 8 hours a day 6 days a weekFresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
