Job Purpose
As MECM/SCCM/Intune Engineer you will join the Fujitsu Workplace Engineering Group responsible for providing design, deploying, configuring, and support of end user device management technologies in Fujitsu customers’ large-size corporate environments.
Job Responsibilities
Provide expertise on Microsoft MECM/SCCM/IntuneAuditing of hardware/software inventoryRecommending and implementing policies and standards and ensuring adherence to security proceduresAnalyze, optimize, and integrate applications and servicesInvolvement in activities that enhance and grow Fujitsu's customer ba
seRegular interaction with the Services "team" to ensure clarity and awareness of all activities and plansAwareness of customer trends/developments (keeping Management informed)Ensure that skills are maintained and enhanced in "specialist" area(s) relating to product knowledge, services knowledge, or industry knowledgeAwareness and adherence to Fujitsu’s service delivery processes and methodsSelf-direction in identifying and suggesting training opportunitiesProduce accurate, co
ncise and timely reports as requiredKnowledge of and adherence to customer SLAs ProjectsCarry out and complete small projects on a range of issues relating to systems, services and respo

Experience/Technical Competencies Required:
At least 3 years working in the IT industry providing expertise for numerous core Microsoft systems & enterprise/devise management technologies such as SCCM/MECM, IntuneExtensive knowledge and/or prior experience with standard software package and patch deployment methodologies, under standard change co
ntrol processes within large size corporations.Extensive hands-on experience automating processes through s
cripting using VBs
cript and or PowerShellThorough understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO and DNS.Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching, enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 10, Mobile Device OS and antivirus. Remote management and troubleshooting, Asset management and inventory.Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN.Strong understanding of enterprise anti-virus solutions, endpoint data protection, and encryption.Advanced knowledge of registry, permissions, and drivers and software required.A solid understanding and adherence to the ITIL f
