HR Administrator role includes, but is not limited to:

Recording and checking of Recruitment, HR and Training documentationEntering of information into client systems, e.g. Recruitment databaseEnsuring all system data entry is verified and accurateUpdating data and profiles in the safety management systemFormatting, collating and filing of HR, Recruitment & Training documentationPreparing regular reports and auditing of informationConduct reference checks

The ideal candidate must have:

Demonstrated experience in entry of data into multiple systemsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComply with data integrity and security policiesProvide clients with the highest standard and quality of informationGood communication skills, both oral and writtenAdvanced in MS Excel and Word with advanced administrative skillsKnowledge and exposure in any type of database software is an advantage, knowledge with SAP is an edgeCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
