WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions is an international nurse recruitment company founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Charlotte, NC with additional offices in Rexburg, Dubai and Manila. Our goal: to locate nurses and other healthcare professionals around the world and then connect them with hospitals and healthcare employers located in the USA and in the Gulf region (Middle East). We are currently seeking a Content Design Specialist to assist the marketing team and help grow our brand.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Create print and digital content design (client fact sheets, brochures/guides, flyers, posters/signage, general marketing and communications collateral) across all media platforms
· Writing for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media
· Research content and target audience trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
· Nurse candidate interviewing and website writing for Nurse Spotlight feature
· Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules for blog, Nurse Spotlight, and other published content
· Assist with social media strategy including replying to applicant comments/inquiries
· Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
· Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing content metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
· Meet with marketing team to ideate, define content goals and report back
· Collaborate with other internal departments (recruiting, case management, business development, nurse licensure, onboarding/relocation, legal) for proactive engagement to complete projects
Requirements:
· Proven 2 – 3 years working experience in content writing, graphic design, social media marketing or similar digital media role
· Bachelor’s degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications or similar
· Fluent in English
· Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
· Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
· Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO and PPC
· Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
· Adobe Creative Suite experience required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
· Canva Pro experience required
· Previous healthcare marketing experience a plus
· MailChimp experience a plus
· HubSpot experience a plus
· online design portfolio and writing samples required
· 2 or more years of blog post/article writing experience is preferred.
