Graduate with Computer or IT-related courses.Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Knowledgeable in any IT product or certification is a plus.Perform as Technical Services Engineer to assigned IT products and servicesIdentify client needs and handle technical inquiries and concerns during the presentation, discussion, and proof of concepts (POC)Create Solution Designs for the product(s) assigned.Involvement in implementation, testing, fine-tuning up to user acceptance.Support clients and the Sales department about the product(s) to be assigned.Other technical-related duties as assigned
