I. ConTENT DEVELOPMENT AND WRITING – 40%
• o Write and develop articles of various forms (feature articles, news, opinion pieces, reports, etc.) for press release or use in communication tools and publications (e.g. annual and sustainability reports, coffee table books), as well as other types of copy such as event or AVP scripts, speeches, advertising copy, and online/digital content.
• o Cover events, undertake research and/or conduct interviews to gather accurate information for development of articles and copy
• o Ensure output is of editorial quality and deliverables are timely/meets deadlines
II. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & PROJECT EXECUTION – 40%
• o Managed assigned accounts effectively and proactively - Acts as main contact of clients; Ensures that all client needs are monitored based on commitment to the client; Address and resolves concerns/issues raised by client in order to maintain high level of satisfaction
• o Client Satisfaction - Address and resolves concerns being raised by the client to maintain high level of client satisfaction
• o Relationship Building - Develop and maintain positive relationship with the clients through proactive engagement, deep project / product knowledge and insightful immersion into their respective industries
• o Proactive management of accounts and projects renewal
• o Project Execution - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to client needs and objectives
• o Team Collaboration & Coordination - Join and participate in brainstorming in conceptualizing campaigns; brief internal teams such as Creatives, Media Relations and production team for project execution, changes or improvement
• o Development / Crafting of Campaigns/presentations - Develop/craft effective strategies, plans and campaigns for the clients/Project
III. BUDGET MANAGEMENT – 15%
• o Budget Management - Manage the project expenses based on budget and ensure that all project related cost are properly accounted to the project. Ensure that all project cost are with the budget
• o Billings - Ensure timely submission of all requirements for billings (such as liquidations) and monitor status of receivables.
IV. SUPPORT TASK – 5%
• o Perform ADHOC duties that may be assigned from time to time
