Coordinate with the vendor the user requirements and issues encountered while implementing the digitization of customer records.Coordinate with stakeholders on the resolution of issues while using the application systems.Provide technical support to users of applications.Monitor and notify stakeholders of any project task delays, product improvements, or outages, or any performance issue on the application platform.Monitor completeness of scanning activities.Configure and maintain a storage solution.Prepare user / process manual.
