Creates, implements, and oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote LGEPH as a company, Brand LG and our HA (REF & WM) products. This includes initiatives in traditional and digital communication channels, as well as PR and Influencer Marketing.

REF, Washing Machine, Marketing Communications Strategy

Prepares NPI communications strategy, in collaboration with PM Team, for new products/models that will be introduced into the marketConceptualizes and develops differentiated Marketing Communications activities based on approved strategiesAligns strategies with HQ and other stakeholders within LG

Execution and Monitoring of Marketing Communication Activities

Ensures on-time and on-point execution of all marketing communications activitiesRegular monitoring of KPIs within the campaign period and making necessary adjustments when neededPreparation of post-campaign reports

Competitive Monitoring

Prepares monthly reports (or as necessary) for Corp. Mktg, CE Sales and Product Mktg. Teams

Spearhead PR and CSR Activities

Works closely with PR agency to develop PR strategies and differentiated PR activities and executions

OSM (online Shopping Management)

Actively monitors Visibility, Search, Conversion performance of REF & WM products in Dealer online ChannelsWorks closely with Digital Mktg manager to ensure optimum OSM performance of REF and WM

APMS & Budget Management

Closely monitors Memos, Action Plans, and invoices of all marketing-related activities and makes sure that these are approved/utilized/registered in the system within the allowed timeframe of HQ Guidelines
