JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all IT related concerns specifically those that require skills for trouble shooting and configuration such as Desktop/Laptop/Servers/Printers, Data/Voice Network and CCTV connections, Biometric Device System and Firewall.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A graduate of 4-years with degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience as Technical Support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research and Identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Assist management creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees.
• Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
