Job Description
A Sr. Art Director works with a Sr. Copywriter in conceptualizing and executing campaigns for digital and ATL. He/she will be responsible for all the visuals - from drawing storyboards, visualizing ideas into concept boards, creating social posts, cascading visuals to different materials, creating illustrations, to animating GIFs and designing any visual a campaign might require.
CORE FUNCTIonAL SKILLS
Must be proactive in coming up with brave, disruptive ideas
Must be versatile; can create stunning and impactful visuals for different brands
Must be proficient in Photoshop/AI/design softwares
Can draw/create storyboards and execute minimal animation
Must be knowledgeable in digital executions
Must be disciplined; knows how to manage time well
Must have good presentation and communication skills
Basic knowledge Adobe creative programs
Conceptualization and Ideation
Presentation skills
Assist ACD/CD in ideation i.e. coming up with ideas that are aligned with the strategic brief or context
- Visualize ideas/ executions
- Provide assistance in designing creative presentations
- Participation in internal creative discussions, reviews
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. College graduate with Bachelor’s degree completion on Advertising, Multimedia, Communication.
2. Ideally, with prior agency experience for 5 years and up
