Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for strategic and day-to-day recruitment Employee Referral Program and partnership marketing activities at the local level - contributing to the overall success. The role must be able to quickly adapt marketing plans, manage stakeholders, meet goals and timelines.

Create an effective ERP and partnerships plan to support specific client recruiting goals.Analyze the efficiency of each channel ba

ntinuous improvement.Develop innovative ad campaigns in partnership with internal and external creative resources. Project manager for marketing collateral creation by establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and overall partner management.Create ERP and partnership processes to also support corporate teams.
