Job Description

Internal Communications: 

Assist PR and Communications Head in creating Avon Philippines’ and APAC Newsletter Assist in developing internal engagement or activations for associates Day-to-day PR admin tasks: requesting for products, managing department accruals, creating purchase orders Copywrites: internal announcements, corporate letters, email/sms Basic layouting: static and dynamic for internal communications Coordinates approvers, Finance and vendors for timely release of payments for projects CSR: Brochure brief for CSR spreads, in charge of purpose corner and conceptualizes ideas to promote our causes 

External Communications: 

Assist in planning, conceptualizing and execution of Brand, Corporate and CSR campaigns Liaising with agency partners: Digital, PR and Production Houses Coordinates with PR agency with preparing PR seeding kits Leads minor PR campaigns Reviews Press Releases, notecard copies, influencer or KOL content and other external assets before releasing
