Job DescriptionTranslate functional and non-functional requirements to system workflow, UI and UXStrictly follow the functional specifications and think about intricacy of the detailsPrepare and write efficient coding structure with proper commenting for ease referenceConduct system integration testing / unit testingConduct users’ training and workshopsWork closely with business/system analyst and other developersReport any possible problem or project road-blockResponsible for code safekeeping and backupsIdentify areas for modification in existing programs (in case of any change request)Provide potent solution and aid the team during system troubleWork closely with stakeholders to resolve issuesAttend to any system related tasks as requiredSkills RequiredAble to read VBA codes and related .Net coding structureAble to conduct testing on systems meticulouslyWith excellent documentation skills & must be able to translate process to flow charts, diagrams, etc.Able to talk and influence stakeholders about the acceptable solution to the requestAble to explain about the UI, UX and in respect to the system changes madeCustomer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
