Job Description

As a key member of Communication, Change and Learning (CCL) team, you’ll be the voice of Bayer’s Global Business Services, supporting initiatives that build our reputation, support the communication related to our strategy, drive stakeholder communication and elevate our external perception as an employer of choice. Reporting to the global CCL lead (functionally), you’ll create or review content for multiple internal and external channels—from events to intranet to social media — ensuring adherence to communication strategy and corporate identity.

Major tasks and responsibilities

·      Delivering highly polished, creative, and impactful copy that supports the GBS strategy and launch of new initiatives and projects

·      Writing and posting blogs and social media content

·      Creating long pieces of content to support the editorial calendar (webinars, success stories, intranet articles, PowerPoint presentations etc.)

·      Crafting, reviewing, and approving content for our Intranet website and additional assets

·      Conceptualizing, pitching, and executing polished, creative campaign copy and presentations that supports business goals

·      Developing an in-depth knowledge of our key services, stakeholders, and centres

·      Acting as a GBS voice ambassador and sharing best practices with employees across the organisation

·      Setting and reporting on success metrics, analysing data, and recommending improvements

. Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)

·      3+ years of experience in content creation

·      Excellent English writing and speaking skills

·      Strong visualization skills / PowerPoint skills

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·      Strong conceptual understanding of copy and how it drives strategic thinking

·      Ability to write and create compelling and persuasive content for all channels

·      Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

·      Outstanding editing and project management skills with a crazy attention to detail

·      A resourceful, innovative mindset with strong ROI-tracking skills and a bias to action
