Employee Engagement & Communications Assistant
Description:
This is a project-based, internship post. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and creative support services to two sub-units of the Employee Engagement Team: Events Management and the Communications Team. The successful candidate will be part of a creative and results-oriented team in the context of a fast-paced and very dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support in the planning, preparation, implementation and assessment of activities;
Support the communications team in its copywriting, designing, and editing requirements;
Coordinate with vendors on various requirements;
Work closely with the team in achieving critical goals.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have a background in copywriting, design and/or video editing; Has own laptop/desktop and strong internet co
nnection to support the requirements above;English language proficiency is a requirement for basic email correspo
ndence and chat-ba
sed communication;Willing to learn and take part in project and event management activities; Willing to work in shifts, go overtime when needed, and has minimal tendencies towards tardiness;Candidate should have demo
nstrated in past experiences that he/she/they is goal-oriented, can work under pressure, can deliver quality work in a short amount of time and within deadline;Can work with minimal supervision and has a great sense of responsibility;Preferably someone whose perso
nality welcomes the opportunity to interact and work with others;Can handle criticism, feedback and process suggestions from colleagues and target audience;Is in good health to take on the responsibilities
