SUMMARY:
Develops and creates communication materials for the corporation’s products and services. Communications may be for internal and external audiences. Oversees the budget of assigned projects, establishes timeframes and priorities, and manages relationship with external suppliers. Utilizes a variety of communication vehicles to publish content including print and online. Establish priorities, work independently, exercise independent judgment and proceed with objectives without supervision.
MAJOR DUTIES:
1. Creates and develops communication materials for the corporation’s products and services.
2. Writes communication materials for products and services which may include internal communications, marketing collateral or advertisements.
3. Consults with user areas to identify and analyze needs. Determines and creates appropriate communications materials to meet user needs.
4. Overseas production of materials developed including: typesetting, graphic design, proofreading and printing.
5. May assist with selecting and hiring communication firms for specific campaigns. Monitors the projects budget and work performed by the firm.
6. Develops and maintains relationship with external communication firms to oversee campaigns.
7. Prepares and presents communication material to partners and senior management.
8. Responsible for coordinating multiple communication projects. Assist with setting project objectives, determine priorities and timeframes, identifies and resolves problems and monitors the budget.
9. Oversees the design and delivery of materials assigned to vendors or suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.Five or more years of communication promotion or related experience is required.Excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills are requiredIn-depth Functio
