JOB SUMMARY
The individual will initiate and lead the strategic implementation and plans tactical communications of all marketing campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand. S/he will take an active part in developing, planning, directing, supervising, and monitoring aligned marketing strategies aimed to preserve, build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a visionary who is creative, innovative and has excellent communication & leadership skills.
S/he is also in charge of all internal and external communications for the company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging.
S/he oversees the daily operations of the customer service department. His/her duties include communicating customer service objectives to Customer Care Officers, compiling data to make assessments of their department’s progress, and coordinating with upper management to find ways to enhance the customer service objectives of their clients.
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Major Duties and Responsibilities
A. Communications and Marketing Management
1. Communications
Overall in charge of brand management and corporate identity.Ensures strong and co
nsistent product and brand message across marketing activities, channels, and efforts.Respo
nsible for the creation of marketing communication strategies for both o
nline & offline channels.
2. Sales and Marketing
Provides support and works closely with the three operating groups for the creation and production of marketing collaterals/communications/co
ntent on media such as adverts, leaflets, and posters.Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
3. Management
Manages the marketing department budget for all staffing, resources, and purchases and ensures the delivery of all marketing activities within the agreed budget.Manages the Customer Service Department
4. Digital & Mobile Marketing
Implements the overall digital marketing campaigns, activities and projects of the three operating groupsManages, optimizes and creates co
ntent for the website, social networking sites, email marketing, other digital platforms.Prepares and analyzes reports and make data-driven recommendation for pivots or optimizations. S/he will keep abreast of digital marketing trends and make recommendations on process & platform improvements, and exploration of emerging formats.
B. Others
Perform other duties outside of current scope in support of evolving business needs.Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Required:
A graduate of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Studies, Advertising, Mass Communication or any related 4-year course.
Licenses & Certifications
MA Degree or units in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Mass Communication or any related 4-year course is an advantage but not a requirement
Related trainings, seminars, licenses and certifications is an advantage but not a requirement.
