Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the PMO in the day-to-day operations of the property. Perform a wide range of billing activities for the Property Management Office to facilitate its efficient operation

Prepare and issue on a timely basis, complete and accurate billing statement/statement of account of unit owners generated from the condominium corporation’s financial system.Answer questions, handle billing complaints and resolve billing disputes from customers on a timely basis.Create billing adjustments and issue credit memo, as applicable.Maintain customer database. Update customer records as necessary.Assist in the preparation of management reports related to billing for property Board of Directors and OPMI head office.Strictly implement accounting policies and procedures of the condominium corporation pertinent to billing.Assist in the generation of reports needed by internal and/or external auditors.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS in Accountancy/BS Major in Accounting2-3 years working experienceGood written and verbal communication skillsGood customer relations and interpersonal skillsPreferably with experience in real estateWilling to work in Pasig City/San Juan City/Quezon CityWilling to work 5.5 days in a week (half day on a Saturday)
