Job Description

We are seeking a professional and driven individual to join our team as an Embroidery Specialist. The role is responsible for digitizing and creating mockups for our custom orders.

Job Requirements

·       3 years of digitizing experience using Wilcom.

·        Fluent in English (Oral and Written)

Job responsibilities include:

·       Able to use Wilcom embroidery studio

·       Create and send electronic proofs to customers and production staff.

·       Typeset rationalizations and taglines. Perform basic design edits.

·       Convert PMS colors to our available thread supply.

·       Match product trim colors.

·       Organize and update design sheets, ensuring precise instructions for production staff.

·       Create Mockup image as pre-production samples and sew-outs.

·       Create worksheets for digitized files that match Work Order.

·       Digitize some small logos, add text to logos and set up twill embroidery and cut files.

·       Pull and file worksheets for reorders.

·       Responsible for double-checking that all orders match the art form.

·       Ensure all worksheets are up to date on paper and on the computer.
