Positions in this function create and manage employee-related communications, oversee internal channels of communication, and manage and coordinate all-employee meetings – such as Town Halls, Leaders Conversations, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide communications support to leaders and operations teams as directedIdentify and ensure involvement of appropriate stakeholders in the development/review/approval of communication plans to obtain alignmentCollaborate with applicable stakeholders to help define the communication needs (e.g., business objectives or issues to be addressed, desired outcomes, root cause analysis)Define the audience to be addressed in the communication process (e.g., who they are, wher
e they are, how they prefer to get information, reading level and health literacy requirements)Translate complex topics into compelling messagesWrite and produce co
ntent for communication channels, corporate and specific to the business – messages, posts, etc.Execute operations communication plans to ensure proper implementation (e.g., timelines/milestones, budget management, issue tracking, deliverables)Perform post-campaign e
