Job Description

The Assistant Manager for Advertising oversees the advertising activity of Solaire. He/She is responsible in managing the Advertising team and activities of an outside agency. General activities for this position includes forming and

directing the business strategy for advertising, implementing an advertising campaign, supervise various advertising-related executions, dealing with outside department and vendors on the content delivery. The Assistant Manager for Advertising is also responsible in the annual preparation of the Marketing Services budget, monitoring and tracking of MS-OPEX and putting together the MS-CAPEX budget for the succeeding year. He/She also oversees the following:

advertising placements for both traditional and online media, production and delivery, content planning, project management, job order trafficking, expense accural and assist the Senior Manager for Marketing Services in the daily MS operation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, MBA is an advantageMinimum 10-15 years of managerial experience5+ years in directing complex customer-facing fulfillment operations, with multiple departments, in a digital advertising environment3+ yrs relevant experience in online media traffickingMust have direct experience with advertising technology solutionsExcellent communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of both offline and online advertising models, including rich media technologiesUnderstanding of the overall media and measurement / analytics landscape, online advertising and marketing trendsCandidates must have strong communication skills with a track record of working with high profile clientsShould have strong verbal, written and communication skills, ability to communicate to large groups.Strong sense of task ownership and responsibilityAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to make swift decisions, work through very stressful situations and solve problems quicklyEffective management and supervising skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, well-organized, adaptable, flexible and resourceful
