This individual will be a key partner to the policy, business development, legal, and content teamsQualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism, Psychology, Communications or any related field, preferredTen (10) years of experience in a corporate or agency setting; preferably with experience in the gaming, entertainment, technology and/or media sector, as well as crisis and issues managementHave a strong business acumen as well as know industry related technology, gaming, entertainment, regulatory, and competitive issues. When necessary, to serve as a company spokesperson. Have in-depth experience of the Philippines and media landscape; have - or be capable of - quickly establishing trusted relationships with business, media and gaming sector media, news media and entertainment trade press; as well as a strong understanding of the nuances of newsroomsHave a global mindset, ideally with experience working in multiple countries and/or in multicultural environmentsBe able to work cross-functionally and build relationships inside and outside the organizationBe an entrepreneurial self-starter who comes up with new approaches and is eager to try those outHas a passion for gaming and entertainment and how that relates to consumersDemonstrate a deep appreciation of local sensitivities and insights into various cultures, including the ability to write and speak well in Filipino and English
