Job Summary
Assists in the management of assigned sales networks through provision of required administrative and customer service support, gathering of relevant sales network information, critical analyses of network information and sales data, and design of key initiatives enhancing sales performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures the achievement of sales targets assigned to his/her account, as supported by appropriate programs and well within prescribed budget.Assists in the recruitment, installation and development of new sales networks, as required.Ensures the efficient implementation of approved sales network plans and programs.Ensures fluidity in real estate transactions through proper coordination with other PCFI operating units, i.e. Business unit, i.e. CRG, FCG and EAMG.Provides assistance to sales networks through delivery of pertinent information, i.e. project brief, project orientation, performance and commission reports; and training programs.Ensures Sales networks compliance to PCFI policies.Assists in the resolution of issues and disputes relative to sales operations.Assists in the regular mo
nitoring of sales network performance, i.e. Business Reviews and OPCOM, through gathering of relevant internal and external information and data.Assists in the installation of efficient feedback mechanisms with assigned sales networks for better management of performance.Arranges and analyzes all sales data, and prepares all reports pertaining to assigned sales network performance.Designs and proposes key initiatives and programs that could enhance sales network sales performance.Assists in the co
