II. Job Activities:
A. Recruitment and Training
1. Organize Product Knowledge Seminars
2. Conduct training for agents
B. Achieve Sales Target
1. Lead sales team to achieve sales target
2. Designs and proposes key initiatives and programs that could enhance
sales performance.
3. Motivate and coordinate with the broker networks on their activities,
client facilitation, queries and other requests.
4. Responsible in updating inventories, status accounts of potential and
existing customers’ concern, as well as brokers’ and buyers’ concerns.
5. Monitoring of sales production of brokers
C. Prepare Monthly Reports
1. Prepare and present monthly sales, revenue and expense reports and
realistic forecasts to the management
2. Manage the budget and costs and ensuring that budget is always met
D. Market Research and Organization
1. Organize sales activities, open houses, project orientation and
participate in events to create awareness
2. Identify potential customers in the market
3. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of
competition status and other new players in the market
4. Updates competitor database by providing up to date information on
price and marketing strategies.
E. Administration
1. Responsible for conforming to all administrative functions required such
as submission of reports, adherence to office policies and accreditation
requirements.
2. Responsible for documentation and completion of all requirements of
the buyers and ensure that it is in order and updated.
