The E-Commerce Photo Editing Specialist is responsible in providing prepress and production support for appropriate projects and will be responsible for retouching and post-production workflow process. S/he will also work closely with the creative, marketing, design and retail teams to ensure quality, color and image consistency throughout the entire brand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs full image retouching including, clean up, outlining, merging multiple images when needed, color correction/shifting, cropping and compositing.Creates and maintains new product retouching guidelines.Works with the MMS Manager to minimize waste, improve efficiencies and track cost savings.Performs file naming and archiving of images following in-house process for both product and marketing photography.Liaises directly with external partners and production vendors to coordinate and execute scans, digital output, outside color correction and retouching when needed and printing.Prepares proofs (black and white laser output or specified color outputs).Reviews all work for errors/omissions with MMS team prior to turning in work for final approval.Works with MMS team in developing color calibration techniques and creates ICC color profiles that produce consistent color output from scanner to monitor to output devices

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BSBA Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or other related coursesKnowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop and other related toolsAt least one year of work experience is an advantageFresh graduates are welcome to applyFull-time positions(s) available
