Responsible for mentoring and growing the talents ++ growth metrics in all UGC channelsREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of extensive experience in digital talent management, with a strong background in content creation Talent must be able to have a “pulse on the industry” embedded with creative thought and the ability to produce and execute content hinged on viewer research.Talent acquisition- strong negotiation skills as well as a keen sense and joy for exploring UGC opportunities- ideally the employee has strong connections and a good relationship with local media ( international ) is a plus Talent management experience is a must. Must have experience in managing talents from strategy, vision, contracts, and behavioral issues a good understanding of the talents' needs and empathy and great personable skills as well as relationships with the press.
