The purpose of the UI Designer position is to create amazing and thoughtful layouts, user interfaces and design components along with creating marketing assets and vector graphics. An important component of this role is

building e-learning material using Adobe Captivate - this workflow includes elements of UI design, Graphic Design, and animation design.

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into easy to understand and eye-catching designs. This job is the perfect hybrid between general graphic design and web design work. For anyone seeking to make the long-term transition over to web design, who has proven experience in both areas of design.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design management and product to define and implement innovative solutions for the product visuals.Assist in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the development team.Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.Preparing finished vector artworks by operating necessary equipment and software.Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations & company logos.Supporting the Marketing Team with creating and preparing marketing collateral when needed.Accountable for reviewing final designs and suggesting improvements when necessary.Responsible for creating thoughtful and interactive courses for online E-Learning platform using Adobe Captivate.

Job Qualifications:

Proven UI and Graphic Design experience with minimum 2 Years in related or similar fields.Demonstrate skills with a strong portfolio showing proficiency in Adobe products suite and captivate.Knowledge of workflows which include elements of UI design, Graphic Design, and Animation design.Basic understanding of HTML, CCS and website technology such as Blocksy, Stackable or other WordPress Gutenberg-based tools while not essential are highly regarded.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.Proven experiences in design collaboration with effective communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, Strong attention to detail and a Self-Starter.Proactive team player - willingness to assist other areas from time to time as appropriate.
