Operations
1. Manage the operational aspects of stores within your assigned area
2. Oversee regional and area managers and their employees Collaborate with department leaders to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives
3. Ensure that sites in your jurisdiction are compliant with company guidelines and protocols
4. Establish training programs for staff members to improve sales outcomes
5. Develop processes for location and individual performance evaluations
6. Monitor and control inventory at each location Coordinate transportation and distribution of stock
7. Devise and implement sales and marketing campaigns
8. Create incentives to motivate employees to meet sales goals
9. Collect data and analyze reports to inform decision-making
10. Review historical operations data and reports to identify areas for improvement and innovation
11. Maintain financial information; prepare budgets; approve expenditures
Business Development
1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
5. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
7. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
8. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
9. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Sales and Marketing
1. Responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of our restaurants. Also develops strategic action plans for our restaurants to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
2. Clear understanding of our restaurants business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
3. Exhibit sales techniques in identifying key materials to develop relationships and sales output
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Network to build the business through exemplary business and social partnering with them and understanding their needs.
6. Work closely with the Channel Sales Team to develop a quarterly action plan, in order to maximize space and revenue, and fill slower periods.
7. Identify emerging markets and market shift while being fully aware of new products and competition status
8. Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all marketing materials to maximize brand promotion.
9. Writing company brochures and other marketing collaterals.
10. Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed.
Qualifications:
1. Proven success in a similar role and environment
2. Adept in a casual dining restaurant industry or F&B, Sales & Marketing
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills to operate effectively
4. Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
5. Professional oral and written communication & collaboration skills to operate effectively
6. Effective problem solving and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
