DEFINITION
A marketing function, design, at the most basic level, is communication through visuals at a given audience. A Creative Associate is someone who provides visual content as an effective tool in communication to promote the products and services of the company though marketing materials, collaterals, and other projects in various platforms.
A Creative Associate is a staple member of the Brand & Marketing Department that helps in designing valuable visual content for external and internal use, from guides, presentations, vectors, infographics and other related digital and print outputs.
The Creative Associate will be required to work hand in hand with the Creatives Team and collaborate with the rest of the Brand & Marketing Team and the Chief Marketing Officer. Aside from designing, the Creative Associate will assist in producing digital assets from photo and video shoots that is organized by the Brand & Marketing Team.

nal material like brochures, layouts, collaterals, merchandise, etc.Create customizable templates that can be used for multiple purposes, including presentations, newsletters, business cards, recruitment ads.Coordinate with team members in gathering images and other assets.Organize and maintain updated records of existing and newly acquired assets.Keep track of design requests.Research and recommend new ideas and strategies for strengthening the brand and other services.Assist the team in doing photo and video shoots for co
ntent and other relevant materials.Schedule and organize team huddles and meetings for brainstorming and formulating new strategies and ideas.
