Job Description

We are looking to hire:

1 Senior Digital Manager (Expert)

1 Junior Digital Specialist (at least 1 year experience)

(both Home-based)

In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and measurement of all digital marketing activity. We are looking for dedicated DIGITAL SPECIALISTS to embrace our brand, recommend pathways for digital ownership of our business categories and showcase our corporate position as innovators. 

Specifically; 

 ● Google Ads & search planning, implementation, reporting & optimisation 

 ● Organic social media - content & account management (organic followers/promotions/messaging etc) 

 ● Paid social media (FB & IG & other) 

 ● B2B digital marketing platforms (linkedIn) 

 ● Website Management (based on HubSpot) 

 ● Blogs & PR 

 ● eDM development & activation - across all audiences (Trade & end-users) 

 ● Strategic development of digital marketing across all business lines: B2B, consumer, trade, commercial, residential etc. 

 ● Development of digital campaign strategies to align with both existing products & product launches.

about the Role 

This is a home-based, and has been created to bring a digital specialist into the organisation that can lead the future direction of digital strategy. This role will work closely alongside the Brand Marketing team to ensure that all digital channel initiatives support the overall marketing plan. 

Key responsibilities include: 

 ● Alongside the Brand Marketing Team, design and implement a digital marketing plan (google ads / social media/ SEO / website management (Hubspot)/ eDMs) 

 ● Review the existing digital strategy and make recommendations to improve; 

 ● Implement approved digital strategy; 

 ● Define the long-term digital marketing growth strategy; 

 ● Manage the company websites and identify efficiencies (including automated processes); 

 ● Monitor digital marketing performance and optimise for improvement; and 

 ● Reporting. 

Skills & Experience 

To be successful in this role, we are chasing someone with the following skill set. 

 ● Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar; 

 ● Experience in developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy; 

 ● Experience across CRM, SEM, SEO, Programmatic, Automation, Analytics, Web, Social and Content. 

 ● High proficiency with online platforms and analytics tools, particularly Google, Facebook, linkedIN and social listening tools, with the ability to analyse and apply data insights to improve results. (Portfolio includes Google Analytics/AdWords/Display /Tag Manager, Facebook Ads platform, linkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Bing Ads, HubSpot eDMs) 

 ● Web design experience with strong experience in web analytics, Website builders including WordPress, Squarespace, HTML, CSS, Shopify; Experienced with SEO, website optimisation and security; and 

 ● Experience in digital campaign management from conceptualisation to implementation 

 ● HubSpot web platform experience
