nthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
Educational Background
Graduate of BS Engineering major in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or any appropriate engineering course. Preferably with PRC License.
Experience
Ten years of extensive experience in the estimating process for large-scale projects, e.g. hands-on tender analysis and estimation (computer-aided), multi-discipline work packages cost integration, cost engineering, subcontract/supplier cost/rates analysis, GCC analysis, tender submission requirements preparation, and coordination, and tender input(s) analysis and coordination. Twelve (12) years minimum combined experience in engineering and construction works execution, e.g. cost estimation, field supervision, planning, design, engineering, etc.
