Job Description 

The Secretariat is responsible for invoice preparation, ensuring payment transactions are done in timely manner and are valid and accurate. He or she is also responsible for exceptions handling and ensuring that transactions are recoded properly and accurately and GL accounts are regularly analyzed. 

Job Qualifications

Candidate MUST possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in AccountancyCPA License is not required, but would be an advantageIn-depth knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principles, tax, and government lawsCandidates must be willing to work in Binondo, ManilaCandidates must be willing to work on a Monday - Saturday schedule
