Job Description

Principal Roles and Responsibilities 

Updates and maintains Sales and Project general information in the ERP/Finance System (NetSuite), in coordination with Sales and FinanceMonitors, administers, and generates reports from the personnel productivity tracking systemCreating/Updating a Monthly Operations ReportExtracting and providing profitability raw dataExtracting and providing Missing labor report to CHROUpdate Project and resource information in NT3 and other relatedFinancial System/sProvide special assistance to the CTO and COO relating to travel. filling of forms, coordination for meeting and events, and other official services needsSchedule meeting and meetng rooms reservations for other key personnel within operationsCheck/Monitor office supplies and other consumables, and trigger requests/purchases asCoordinate with Facilities Management, Housekeeping/Maintenance and Building • Receive and process vendor invoices in coordination with the FinanceDepartmentSubmit (to finance) and track other Purchase Requisition Payments andAssist in planning and coordination of Office EventsJoin in key Operations Meetings and accomplish meeting minutesOrganize and Maintain a filing system for important and confidential documents Distribute and Store correspondence (internal and/or incoming mail andpackages)Answer and Direct callsCoordinate and enforce general office proceduresPerform any other tasks relating to the office and its employees that may beassign to him/her

Job Qualifications:

Proven admin or assistant experienceKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in MS OfficeWith pleasing personalityWiling to work on a hybrid set upSomeone who's wiling to work in BGC, TaguigPreferably someone who can work ASAP but not a requirement
