Responsibilities:
Ensure works being undertaken by the Co
ntractor meet the Employer’s Requirements and in accordance with the terms and co
nditions of the Contract.Take sufficient steps to minimize project risks.Draft correspo
ndences and notices and maintain a full audit trail of the issued and received correspondences.Prepare weekly report on co
ntractual issues/co
ncerns and other reports needed by the Department throughout the project life cycle.Liaise with the Project Team (Project Manager, Engineers, and others), Designer and Independent Co
nsultant as necessary to ensure project goals are met and to resolve co
ntract issues and concerns.Attend Project coordination meeting and review the minutes of the meeting.Prepare project as-built program.Prepare certificates relevant to payment, Taking-Over, Substantial, Completion, and Performance to the contractor.Ensure that the determination of the contractor's claims, variations and the progress billing application prior to issuance is in accordance with terms and co
nditions of the co
ntract data.Review the project close-out docu
ments to secure the approval/certification of the independent co
nsultant and Grantor.Draft and/or review co
ntract terms of reference (TOR) as requested by end-user.Site Inspection (as necessary)Adhere to ad hoc project related tasks from the co
ntracts manager.
Requirements:
B.S. Civil Engineering Graduate from reputable college/university, with PRC license is an advantage.Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in co
ntracts administration with quantity surveying experience is preferred.Knowledgeable in Internatio
nal Standard Form of Co
ntract such as but not limited to FIDIC and NEC)Experience in Roads, Bridges, Buildings, and other types of construction.
